In accordance with App Store developer requirements and data privacy standards, you have the right to request full account deletion and complete erasure of your personal diagnostic records from Oahu Autoshop LLC.
01. How to Request Account Deletion

In-App Self Service (Instant)
- Open the Fixcars.ai mobile app or web platform.
- Sign in to your registered account.
- Navigate to Profile → Danger Zone.
- Click Delete Account and confirm with your password.

02. What Data is Deleted vs. Retained
Data Permanently Deleted
- User Profile: Name, email, password hash, and OAuth credentials.
- Diagnostic History: All AI chat turns, symptom inputs, and OBD-II trouble code queries.
- Virtual Garage: Saved vehicle profiles (Make, Model, Year, VIN).
- Media Attachments: Uploaded engine photos and inspection documents.
Temporarily Retained (30 Days)
- Billing Records: Subscription invoices (retained for 30 days for accounting, tax, and audit compliance).
- Security Audit Logs: Anonymized security logs (purged after 30 days).
Retention & Processing Timeline
In-app deletion requests execute immediately. Manual email or web form deletion requests are processed by Oahu Autoshop LLC within 24 to 48 business hours. All data backups are completely overwritten and purged within 30 days.
