You maintain total ownership of your personal data. You may request deletion of your account, vehicle profiles, and chat histories at any time:
You can delete your account inside the mobile app under Profile → Delete Account, or submit an instant web erasure request on our dedicated deletion portal.
Upon account deletion, all vehicle records, symptom logs, and credentials are permanently purged immediately. Financial transaction audit records are retained for 30 days to comply with tax and statutory accounting obligations.
