Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Oahu Autoshop LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Fixcars.ai software, website, and mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fixcars.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) located at Apple Standard EULA. You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Oahu Autoshop LLC only, and not with Apple, Inc. Oahu Autoshop LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for Fixcars.ai and the content thereof.

Fixcars.ai provides community repair discussions and mechanic exchange boards. Oahu Autoshop LLC enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive users:

• No harassment, defamation, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation.
• No sexually explicit, violent, obscene, or unlawful content.
• No distribution of fraudulent diagnostic claims, commercial spam, or malicious software.

Any user violating these rules will have offending content removed immediately and their account subjected to temporary suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

In full compliance with App Store review guidelines for applications featuring user-generated content:

• In-App Reporting:You can report any post, diagnostic note, or comment by tapping the options menu ("Report Content").
• User Blocking:You can block any offending user immediately ("Block User"), which immediately conceals all current and future content from that user.
• 24-Hour Review Window: All reported content is reviewed by Oahu Autoshop LLC moderation personnel within 24 hours. Objectionable content will be permanently purged and offending accounts banned.

Fixcars.ai offers free tier diagnostic trials and paid PRO subscription plans. Billing is managed securely through authorized payment gateways. You can cancel your active subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, PRO benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

You maintain the absolute right to delete your Fixcars.ai account and erase all associated vehicle diagnostic logs at any time via the mobile app (Profile → Delete Account) or online via our dedicated Account Deletion Portal. Deletion permanently erases your saved virtual garage, diagnostic transcripts, and authentication profile.

If you downloaded Fixcars.ai from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use Fixcars.ai on Apple-branded products running iOS/iPadOS that you own or control.
• Maintenance & Support: Oahu Autoshop LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Fixcars.ai. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty & Product Claims: In the event of any failure of Fixcars.ai to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Oahu Autoshop LLC is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Fixcars.ai.
